Head of Business
From the wash bay to the top job, Danny has sat in every chair. Years of experience keep him calm when the showroom gets noisy. The stories in Danny’s Days come from real life in the trade.

Welcome to the showroom
A fictional dealership.
Some very familiar days.
Short videos, big personalities and stories from life in the motor trade. Pull up a chair. Danny’s got the kettle on.

Everyone has a job. Everyone has an opinion.
From the sales floor to the workshop, they know their trade. Getting through a morning meeting together is another matter.

“Be careful out there.”

Sales Manager
Posh, polished and always chasing a target — or his second holiday. Jack runs the morning meeting with absolute confidence. Then someone shouts “Car delivery!”

Business Manager
Sharp suit, sharper delivery. Rachel knows the business, keeps her enthusiasm carefully rationed and usually has her phone in hand. Very little escapes her, even when she looks elsewhere.
“It’s raining, Jack. Nobody buys a car in the rain.”

Sales Exec
From washing cars to topping the sales board. Danny taught him everything, according to Danny. Jordan brings a deadpan answer, a cheeky grin and three appointments: two maybes and his nan.

Aftersales Manager
Straight-talking, stubborn and experienced enough to have heard it all. Leanne keeps aftersales moving, even when customers want to check every inch of a car that has just had a full service.

Digital & Stock Manager
Priya looks after the stock and the online side of the dealership. While the showroom has plenty to say, she’s keeping an eye on what’s actually going out to the world. East London voice, no unnecessary fuss.

Admin
Behind every handover is Kayleigh and a pile of deal files. Armed with a pen in her messy bun and a very long to-do list, she’s trying to keep everyone’s paperwork in order.
“Can everybody stop selling cars till I’ve found last month’s V5s?”

Accountant
Sixty-eight, refusing to retire and deeply unimpressed. Malcolm keeps an eye on the numbers from behind his half-moon glasses. Occasionally, he keeps an eye on everyone from behind a whiteboard.
“Nobody buys one in the sunshine either.”

Technician
Laid-back, cheeky and matter-of-fact. Gaz gets on with the workshop jobs while the showroom gets on with the drama. Somehow, calling the plumber after a transporter visit has become his job too.

Head of Customer Relations
A fluffy Cockapoo with a London geezer’s voice and a warm welcome for everyone. Bob is keen to soften up the customers — and quick to dive under a car on delivery day.

Closer
A very posh ginger Persian with absolute confidence in her own importance. Smug, grumpy and unwilling to move for anyone. Every dealership needs a closer. This one expects a comfortable chair.
“Born ready.”

Behind the scenes
Every Chair Motors is created by Kevin at CERSUS, drawing on 35 years in the UK motor trade. The dealership and its AI-generated cast are fictional. The situations will feel familiar to anyone who has worked in one — or bought a car from one.
It’s an affectionate look at dealership life, with the odd useful insight along the way. You may spot the team using CERSUS as they get on with their day.
